Inspection Capabilities and Tolerances
We regularly hold tolerances less than ± 0.001” and can hold tolerances as tight as ± 0.0001”. To keep up with our machining capabilities, JARS constantly invests in new measurement instruments with better accuracy and precision.
Final inspection is performed on all manufactured lots using OMM/CMM measuring equipment with capabilities of zoom greater than 600x and programmable automated inspection, along with various measuring instruments that are calibrated periodically to ensure all products meet customer specifications and requirements prior to shipping.
First Article and Final Inspection Reports, Material Certificate and other processing certificates are available and can be provided upon request.
